Format of The Subic Bulletin

We have recieved an over whelming number of emails and many of them request us to change slightly the format of the Bulletin.

Traditionally we stored peoples comments and ran then as a new story each day. One of the reasons for this was to try and ensure there was something new to read every morning with your coffee, but the downside to this was that it takes a lot more work to write something new and build the story every day.

So at the request of readers we have changed the format to a more traditional blog format that allows comments to appear under every article.

All comments are reviewed before being published but our commitment to you is that the only comments that are not published are those that contain 1) SPAM 2) Offensive or Obscene language or 3) slanderer or libel.

We agree with our readers that opening The Subic Bulletin immediate reader feedback will make the site more current and easier to run!
